Cooper Nimmo developed an interest in business and finance at an early age, drawn to the intersection of strategy, economics, and problem-solving.
While still in high school, he completed a business-focused curriculum and earned a highly competitive internship with the business development department at ABC Supply, where he contributed to mergers and acquisitions projects at just seventeen years old.
As the fourth generation of the Nimmo family to pursue financial services, Cooper values both the legacy he has grown up around and the opportunity to build his own path within it.
Today, Cooper is pursuing a degree in finance at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, where he maintains a 4.0 GPA while continuing to deepen his understanding of financial markets, business strategy, and long-term planning.
Although he has developed a growing passion for financial services and the family business, Cooper remains broadly interested in the world of business and finance. Following graduation, he hopes to continue expanding his education through an MBA program and is particularly drawn to investment banking and helping business owners navigate major transitions in ways that align with both their financial goals and personal values.
At Nimmo Wealth Partners, Cooper brings a fresh perspective, intellectual curiosity, and a strong desire to learn from the generations before him while helping contribute to the generations still ahead.
Outside of work and school, Cooper enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing piano, and continually working to improve his golf game.
